Refund & Return Policy
Personalized Canvas Prints – No Returns
Because each canvas is uniquely personalized to your specifications—including custom characters, photos, and artwork—all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
Exceptions: Damage or Our Error
If your canvas arrives damaged, or there is an error on our part (e.g. printing flaws, incorrect customization), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly:
- Provide your order number, a description of the problem, and a clear photo of the damage or error.
- Once confirmed, we will offer, at no cost:
- A replacement canvas, or
- A refund (excluding original shipping costs) or store credit, according to your preference.
There are no restocking or return shipping fees, and we will never ask you to send the item back unless explicitly instructed.
Not Happy with the Design?
If the final design isn’t what you envisioned, contact us within 30 days of delivery. While personalized items typically aren’t refundable, we’ll endeavor to make it right:
- You may be eligible for a store credit or voucher for a replacement order (minus original shipping costs).
- Refunds are issued only if the issue stems from a mistake on our part.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, production begins immediately and cancellations may not be possible.
